**The role of Collections Advisor**:
**Your day-to-day as a Collections Advisor**:

- Identifying and agreeing on appropriate and fair solutions for the customer, considering their individual circumstances and potential vulnerability.
- Guiding and supporting each customer, ensuring the best and most effective customer experience.
- Complying with the policy outlined in The Collections Manual and Customer Treatment Framework, working in accordance with FCA requirements and guidelines.
- Adhering to all aspects of Treating Customers Fairly, consistently demonstrating the companys values and behaviors.

**To be successful in the role of Collections Advisor, you will need**:

- Proven experience in a regulated collections environment.
- To have the ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace and implement new ideas.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
