SHE Training Administrator

We have an exciting opportunity for a SHE Training Administrator to join our Group Responsible Business Team. This role will provide a high-quality administration service to the business, on a right first-time basis.

Location: Flexible, hybrid working with travel to Rushden, Northamptonshire, as required

Contract: Permanent, full-time and part-time opportunities may be considered

**Responsibilities**

As a SHE Training Administrator, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Responsibility for booking and co-ordinating Group SHE training courses, as well as ad hoc Training, liaising with internal and external providers
- Supporting the Senior SHE Training Administrator with the day-to-day working relationships with third party providers and coordinating service delivery
- Processing Purchase Orders/Invoices and also providing guidance and support to the business to effectively manage queries.
- Managing own account base of Group SHE & Fleet Training courses and tasks and providing line manager cover as and when required
- Ensuring work delivery is in line with relevant KPI and SLA standards to meet service level objectives

**What are we looking for?**

This role of SHE Training Administrator is great for you if you have:

- Previous experience of using Learning management systems
- Good stakeholder management skills, able to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to maximise performance
- Able to demonstrate a methodical, analytical and clear approach to problem solving
- Good ability with MS Office products, in particular, good Excel and Teams (or similar)
- Good attention to detail and effective customer service skills (written and verbal)
