We are recruiting for a Service Advisor to join our family-run dealerships. You will be the first point of contact for customers bringing their vehicles into the dealership for scheduled maintenance and unplanned repairs, managing their expectations and providing an excellent customer experience throughout.

You will need excellent communication and organisational skills in order to deal with customers face to face or over the phone. As a Service Advisor you are quick to identify the needs of the customers and opportunities to upsell, with a strong understanding of the importance of the EVHC process. You will need work to tight timescales and thrive on the pressure of a busy service department. Alongside your customer first attitude, you will maximise sales, maintain customer retention and over achieve on targets.

Previous motor trade experience would be an advantage along with good computer skills and an acute attention to detail. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you reach the standards we expect to enable you to progress within the Group. Full UK driving licence is required.

Competitive salary (dependent on knowledge and experience) including Bonus scheme and access to Company Pension and Private Healthcare Scheme.

Mon - Fri 8am-5:30pm and every other Saturday 8am-midday.
