Experienced office based finance assistant required to work in North Shields for an established engineering company.

Part time hours
- 20 per week. Flexibility for working hours and times.

Main duties of the role will include:

- Processing small monthly payroll (PAYE, pensions etc.)
- Processing daily sales invoices, raising purchase orders and entering onto sage.
- Processing customer payments and weekly credit control and processing supplier invoices.
- Weekly bank reconciliation.
- Analyzing credit card payments and receipts.
- Reporting on CIS/PAYE/VAT/ONS
- Providing information and reports to directors and liaising with company accountant.

Applicants will be working as part of a small friendly team and will be expected to help out with general office queries as well as anything finance related.
