The working pattern is on a 4 on 4 off shift rotation days and night, 12hrs shift, you must have a **minimum 2 years security experience**.

There is opportunity for additional hours over and above the basic shifts.

Essential criteria:

- Capacity and calm confidence to deliver the services in pressured, often stressful, and difficult situations.
- Familiar with and licensed or willing to undertake training in CCTV operation, intruder alarm systems, radio communication skills, basic PC skills
- Ability to work unsupervised and prioritise your duties.
- To work alone and as part of a team.
- Able to work shifts over 24/7 period on shift rotation days and nights.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.
- To liaise with outside agencies when required.
- Ability to maintain an accurate pocket notebook
- SIA door supervision, and CCTV license.
- Enhanced DBS, fire safety and first aid certified

Desirable criteria:

- Competent in the use of CCTV equipment.
- Experience in Conflict Management.
- Understanding on Mental Capacity Act.

Full training will be provided in line with RRN criteria.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week

- Security: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- SIA Door Supervision License (required)
- SIA CCTV License (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
- Enhanced DBS (preferred)
