**Service Desk Team Lead - Lancashire - £35,000-40,000 DOE - Luxury Retail**

Our client have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and passionate 2nd Line / IT Supervisor / IT Team Lead to join their team on a permanent basis

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing operation of the IT Service Desk for store and office users daily.
- Collaborating with experienced support analysts for efficient functioning.
- Monitoring call queues continuously and upholding SLA adherence.
- Managing escalations and distributing workloads among the team.
- Conducting trend analysis for insights into service improvements.
- Foster team growth and development.
- Setting up business hardware as required.
- Collaborating with development and systems teams to attain timely solutions.
- Ensuring fixes align with SLA guidelines.
