**Area Sales Manager**

**THE ROLE**: As an Area Sales Manager in the South West of England in this multi-million-pound British Manufacturing organisation, your role will be to sell a range of power tools products to End users via distribution. You demonstrate productsto Contractors in the Construction and Industrial sectors, whilst backselling through National and Independent Merchants, Hire Shops and Electrical Wholesalers. The remit is predominantly account management, but your skill set as Area Sales Manager will enableyou to introduce new products via your distribution channel.

This role will be 100% existing business and you will be looking at growing the territory which is currently targeted at £2m. You will be targeted on a minimum of 6 calls per day to existing customers that stock your product and will look at selling theirwide range of products from entry level to their new products that are released every month.

This is a great chance for someone with a year or two's field sales experience to make their mark in a business who want to train, develop, and reward those who are hungry for a career in sales and want to work for a globally recognised business.

**Requirements**:To be considered for the Area sales manager role you must have:

- B2B Field Sales experience.
- 12+ months experience in an external sales role.
- Have ideally sold a product rather than a service.
- Have a strong work ethic and passion for sales.
- Are able to demonstrate power tools to customers.
- Full UK drivers licence.

**THE PACKAGE FOR AREA SALES MANAGER**:
Basic: £31,500

OTE: £5k-10k on top - uncapped

Benefits: Company Car + private mileage paid, Pension, Healthcare, Daily lunch allowance (additional £123 per month), laptop, I-Phone, 20 days holiday + stats, + Full benefits package.
