Property Investment Officer

As a Property Investment Officer, you’ll have quite a varied day. You’ll be supporting the Programme Manager to produce and deliver a robust investment programme, which will include monitoring, evaluating and reporting to support continuous improvement to our portfolio.
Your tasks will include
- Supporting the Programme Manager to produce annual investment programmes
- Working closely with the Regional Surveying Managers
- Collaborating with Technical Assistants to ensure that current programmes of works are up to date
- Reviewing referrals and monitoring budgets for weekly meetings
- Monitoring progress of planned programmes of work, reporting and presenting your finding to senior colleagues
**About you**
You will bring a number of skills to this role to be really effective.
You’ll have experience in assisting the production of planned investment programmes for social housing. You’ll also have experience in gathering and analysing data, preparing reports and establishing process improvements throughout reporting processes.
You won’t be phased by working with a large amount of data, you’ll consider your analytical skills to be excellent and you will have an understanding of reporting tools used by the industry.
You will be used to working in a collaborative way and will have great written and verbal skills.
Ideally you’ll have a good understanding of the regulatory and legislative environment that Registered Social Landlords operate in.
This is a hybrid role, you can choose to work at home or in the office, whichever suits you. Our office HUBS are based across the south west, so if you’re not local you’ll be happy to attend meetings virtually.
