Project Administrator

The business is a global player within the Pharmaceutical Consultancy market, working on complex research studies that use varied external partners - and that’s where you come in.
You will be supporting one of the senior leaders, helping to manage the relationships with the suppliers that play an integral part in the project processes. You will be given training in the role but you’ll need to bring experience in an admin role and the confidence to deal with external stakeholders as well as internal teams.
**Things to can expect to be doing will include**:
- Using internal systems to raise purchase orders
- Checking inbound invoices
- Commissioning external suppliers / contractors
- Dealing with data exports with internal team members
- Supervising the project processes to ensure regulatory compliance
- Acting as point of contact for outside Partners
- Handing project queries
- Taking meetings to ensure project updates are documented
You will need to have worked in an Admin based role previously and be adept across the Microsoft Office suite including Excel and PowerPoint.
Great organisational skills, communication skills are essential.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
