**About the role**:
We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to support the Company Secretarial function in delivering highly effective, comprehensive company secretarial services to the Group. This role is central to ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, regulation, and corporate governance best practice.
As a key member of the team, you will manage and advise on governance, company law, and associated queries, ensuring timely resolution. You will be responsible for planning and coordinating Board and Committee meetings, producing and circulating documentation, and accurately minuting meetings for our subsidiary Boards and Board Committees. You will also manage regulatory and legislative filings, support the administration of the NFU Mutual Charitable Trust, and help promote a safe working environment.
Additionally, you will monitor and report on risk and compliance activities, and deliver short-term projects as required. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow and develop within a supportive and dynamic team.

- Are comfortable producing comprehensive minutes and supporting documentation for meetings
- Have a proactive mindset, with a drive to improve processes and add value
- Are willing to learn and develop, with potential for further training and professional development

- Salary is £31,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience
