IN-HOUSE EVENT AND BOUTIQUE APARTHOTEL COORDINATOR

LIVINGWAY are seeking a vibrant and experienced individual to join our team as an In-House Event Coordinator and Boutique ApartHotel Manager. **Key Responsibilities (but not limited too)**

**Event Coordination**
- Carefully curating, organise, and execute a diverse array of events spanning across multiple residential sites.
- Collaborate closely with Resident Liaisons to comprehend their residents' needs, preferences, and budgets, ensuring precise communication and execution of all event details.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring seamless coordination and adherence to the plan for all event components.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to guarantee flawless event execution, encompassing catering, decorations, entertainment, and logistics.
- Offer on-site oversight and assistance during events to promptly address any arising issues or concerns.

**Boutique ApartHotel Management**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique Aparthotel, including managing guest reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and handling guest inquiries, utilising booking systems to ensure flawless diary management.
- Ensure that all apartments are well-maintained, clean, and in compliance with company standards and regulations.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address any maintenance or facility issues and ensure that guest needs are met.
- Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to maintain safety, security, and guest satisfaction.

**Customer Service and Guest Relations**
- Deliver unparalleled customer service to all residents and guests, ensuring their needs are not only met but surpassed, embodying the epitome of 5-star hospitality.
- Build strong relationships with residents, vendors, and guests to cultivate repeat business and obtain positive word-of-mouth referrals, solidifying our reputation for exceptional service.
- Anticipate guest needs and preferences, taking proactive measures to enhance the overall guest experience and exceed expectations.

**Qualifications**
- Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event planning and coordination, preferably in a hospitality or events management role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with residents, guests, and team members.
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality service and exceed expectations.
- Knowledge of event planning software and hotel management systems is an advantage.

**Working hours**

Tuesday - Friday 10 am to 6 pm and Saturday 10 - 4pm

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules and hotel operations.

The company reserves the right to modify these days based on business demand.

**Salary**

Depending on experience: £29,000 - £35,000 per year
