**Job Description**: Job Title: Internal Sales Location: Warrington (WA5 8UG) **Salary**: £28,392 per annum + Bonus (OTE up to £7,768) Shifts: Monday - Thursday 08:30- 17:00 and 08:30- 16:00 Friday. Contract Type: Permanent The role will be to increase the turnover and profitability of the branch through the development of both existing and new business. This will involve calling on regular spending accounts, re-contacting and activating dormant accounts and cold calling potential new customers. As Internal Sales your duties will be: " Develop their customer base with a view to growing their top line. " Provide technical advice and solutions to customers. " Preparing quotations and processing orders. " Account Management - management and growth existing accounts including cross selling all products. " Manage own workload, working to deadlines and sales targets. " Work with internal departments to coordinate orders and deliveries. " Provide solutions for customers from internal and external sources The successful Internal Sales will have the following skills; " Selling and negotiation skills " The ability to learn quickly and interpret technical product information. " Degree (preferred)/College educated or technical background in an engineering or sciences discipline, or similar. " Ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings, preferably experience in actual AutoCAD drawing skills. " Excellent communication skills & time management. " Attend trade shows and conferences where required. " Good IT literacy. " Full product training will be provided.
