We don't acquire existing nurseries, so each of our settings is Fennies through and through, from our exceptional culture to our bespoke rooms. **Your journey**

As an Early Years Educator (Level 2), you'll encourage your key children and build bonds with them and their families every day. You'll assist with the routines in your room, whether that be naptimes, mealtimes or creative activities. You'll create and contribute to the implementation of curriculum-based activities. You'll track and assess the development of your key children whilst ensuring the families stay informed of daily activities. At Fennies, you'll be supported to take the next steps in your journey and become your best self.

**What you know**:

- A sound understanding of the patterns of development from birth to 5
- A level 2 qualification in Childcare and good knowledge of the EYFS curriculum
- Have a minimum grade 4 or grade C in Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent)
- The best practice for key person system, safeguarding, health & safety, confidentiality
- How to safely administer First Aid (training provided for free through Fennies)
