**Early Years Practitioner**

Salary £23,000 - £26,000 depending on qualifications and experience
Must have Level 3 (or equivalent) in childcare
Hours of work 42.5 hours
Part time hours available (minimum of 17 hours per week)

We are looking for Level 3 (or higher) Early Years Educators to join our Woking nursery, part of our family run group of children's full day care nurseries. **Day to day responsibilities will include**:

- Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for children aged from 3 months to 5 years of age.
- Working as part of a well-qualified & experienced staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
- Ensuring that children's learning and development is celebrated and recorded in their Learning Journeys.
- Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement play-based, interest led, learning activities on a daily basis.
- Establishing strong professional relationships with the children and their parents.

**In addition to a competitive starting salary we will provide**:

**Skills/Qualifications**:

- Minimum Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working in a childcare setting is essential; knowledge of the Montessori approach to education would be an advantage
