We are looking for someone who has experience in this sector for a smooth transition into the role.
This is initially a part time role which would be 16-24 hours per week, however could lead to a full time position if desired.

**As a sales consultant you will**:
Focussed on driving leads and sales.
Welcome clients to our showroom during different stages of their journey.
Design bathrooms, cloakrooms, en-suites, and wet rooms using our high graphic desktops and software.
Find innovative and creative ways to market our brand on social media platforms.
Follow up all generated leads in our pipeline.
Be solution driven to our clients problems.
Complete administrative tasks to keep projects organised.
**To be successful you should be**:
Passionate about the bathroom industry.
Great problem solving skills.
Sales driven and a desire to achieve personal and company targets.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Strong background in customer service, a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
IT proficient.
Web design knowledge would be beneficial, particularly WordPress.
Previous wet room, bathroom design and sales experience.
Experience within a retail showroom or the building industry.
Knowledge of any CAD package, particularly Innoplus, is desirable although training will be provided.
Comfortable working alone.
Mailchimp experience for our marketing would be beneficial.
Canva experience would be beneficial.
Xero experience would be beneficial.
The basic salary for the 3-month trial period is up to £30,000 which will be based on your experience within the industry and our software. The salary is based on a pro rata basis for part time.
While the basic pro rata salary is up to £30,00, OTE can be £35,000 - £50,000+.
