**Contracts Manager**

Leeds-based (North Leeds) on a basic salary of up to £55,000 per annum plus a company car or car allowance.

- Managing roughly 3 projects with values of circa £1 million each

**Company Details**:

- Over 20 years of trading history
- A main contractor working on industrial and commercial and residential build and refurbs
- Projects valued up to £2 million
- Based in North Leeds with hall projects within 1 hours drive

- Experienced at managing multiple projects

**The Role**
**The Contracts Manager will**:

- Manage a number of projects at one time
- Oversee and manage site managers and supervisors
- Write programmes via MS Projects
- Write risk assessments and method statements
- Manage client relationships
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Commercially manage the day-to-day costs on sites such as labour and plant
- Complete progress reports reporting to the Contracts Director
