As a Residential Children’s Worker, you’ll provide exceptional care and support to children living in one of the organisation’s warm, nurturing residential homes. **Key Responsibilities**:
Build trusting, meaningful relationships with the young people.
Provide personalised emotional and behavioural support tailored to each child.
Engage residents in creative, educational, and recreational activities.
Ensure their safety, wellbeing, and development in a supportive environment.
Maintain accurate reports and contribute to the implementation of care plans.
