What You’ll Do Build meaningful, trusting relationships with children and young people. Offer tailored emotional and behavioural support. Encourage and take part in fun, educational, and recreational activities. Promote safety, wellbeing, and personal development at all times. Keep accurate records and contribute to care planning.
