We are looking for an experienced Computational Scientist to join our client's Engineering and Environmental Geophysics team in Oxford.

**Your duties and responsibilities will include**:

- Developing and implementing computational models using a variety of software
- Identifying and resolving computational issues
- Developing and maintaining data processing workflows
- Providing technical support to the research team
- Working with other scientists to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Developing and maintaining computational workflows
- Testing and validating models
- Documenting and reporting results
- Advanced knowledge of mathematics, programming, and engineering
- Proficiency in Python, C++, MATLAB
- Experience with data processing and analysis
- MSc in mathematics, computer engineering, machine learning or science-based field.
- Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
