**Sacco Mann are keen to speak aProperty Development Solicitor** who would be interested in carrying out predominantly development and commercial work, to join an established Property team and as part of a succession plan.

You will join a team of 24 property lawyers across 2 offices who specialise in providing advice to private individuals, companies, and trusts in specialist sector teams focusing on rural and estates, charities and social enterprises, education, faith, transport,commercial and residential.

**You will join**a well-established, reputable firm of specialist Solicitors who have offices in Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle. They represent clients across the UK and are considered as one of the leading expert practices outside of London.

They pride themselves on providing a superior service to their clients within a professional yet friendly and authentic environment. They have exceptional staff retention levels and with their supportive leadership team and living through their purpose,vision, mission and values, supported by their behavioural framework, they ensure their team(s) wellness is truly at the forefront of everything they do and believe in.

**This role** would be ideally suited to someone looking for a mixed caseload of property development projects and commercial property.

**Duties will include**:

- Development work, acting principally for landowners in disposals, but also for developers on options, overage agreements, promotion agreements, conditional contracts, landowner's agreements, and other development documentation. This could include preparingsuites of sales documents for new developments and acting in the purchase of development sites but not essential
- General commercial property work including freehold acquisitions and disposals of property, and landlord and tenant work
- The above will often involve rural, charities or faith type clients and will provide support and training if needed in those specialist aspects
