**The Firm**
Our client a multi national legal500 firm in Leeds seek a commercial property solicitor due to major wins in relation to a range of high-profile clients and projects across the UK.
The firm will give you the support to build your own network of clients from the get go
This opportunity comes with a high degree of flexibility with the occasional travel to London
**The Role**
As a commercial property solicitor within the firm, you will mainly be advising on large-scale regeneration and development projects, alongside commercial property matters.
You will advise on high quality matters for a range of national and regional public and private sector clients.
Alongside advising on high quality matters, you will have excellent opportunities to grow and build your own network of clients.
As our client are looking to double in size within the next five years, there are genuine progression opportunities and you would be joining at an exciting time of growth
You will be offered structured training and support alongside a highly competitive remuneration package.
You will be an enthusiastic and ambitious commercial property solicitor. As our client are continuing to grow, you will share this growth mindset and be keen to support the firm with their planned growth.
You will ideally have 1-4 years of experience within commercial property matters and have an interest on working with both public and private sector clients.
Commercial property experience is essential, development experience would be desirable yet not essential.
As you will be given the opportunity to grow your own network from the outset, the ability to to build strong, long lasting relationships is essential for this opportunity.
