**The Role**:
**The Purpose of the Role**:
To support the development and execution of efficient and innovative store layouts and designs that enhance customer experience and align with the brands operational goals and strategies.
- Collaborate with data analysts and IT teams to ensure accurate and up to date information.
- Use excel to organise and track store layouts, fixture plans, and data.
- Works with store planning manager, commercial teams, architects, format, and retail.
- Tracks project timelines, and deliverables.
- Analyses data and reports to store planning manager.

**The Person**:
**Key Requirements**:

- Knowledge of store planning, customer flow, and operation efficiencies.
- Understanding of building regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in Autocad
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Measurement and space optimization expertise
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience in senior stakeholder management within a retail or planning environment
