Retail Finance Manager

Working on dnata’s easyJet contract, you will be working with easyJet, who as Europe’s leading airline offers a unique and winning combination of the best route network connecting Europe's primary airports, with great value fares and friendly service.

As part of the retail HUB dedicated to easyJet you will play an integral part of this delivery.

This exciting key role will be an integral part of the?customer account management team with a finance specialism. Owning the data capture processes for all transactional finance activity on behalf?of our?customers, to enable monthly accounts to be presentedfor each Retail customers. To build relationships with customers, taking full ownership of the accuracy of their financial performance. To analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue streams for both?Dnata?Catering?and respective customers.

You will work closely with the Commercial and Supply Chain teams to ensure the numbers are aligned and discrepancies are highlighted. You will head up regular finance reviews with stakeholders and provide high level financial support to internal and externalcustomers. You will provide regular ad hoc analysis, bring a financial perspective to the assessment of business proposals?and ensure the transparency of financial data and systems/processes across the business. You will have the ability to drive and own theperiodic budgeting/forecasting processes for the business area, assist with the development and implementation of systems and processes?as well as oversee and review all key processes and outputs from the department.

You will be an integral part of a busy team with recognised accountancy qualifications, people management experience as well as excellent interpersonal and communications skills. You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills as well as havinga methodical and logical approach to your work. Knowledge of a wide range of systems including SAP and a wide range of systems and IT skills are a must.

Ensuring compliance to legislative, customer and company standards is paramount. You will maintain best practice and review and monitor processes and action changes as necessary.

You will pride yourself on delivering our world famous 5* customer service, investigating issues when needed, and maintaining and developing relationships with our customers.
