**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with design teams to develop technical specifications for garments.
- Create and manage technical packs, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication with suppliers.
- Oversee garment fittings and identify necessary adjustments.
- Provide technical support to the production team throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor garment quality and consistency, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and factories to resolve any technical issues.
- Stay updated on garment construction techniques and industry advancements.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Garment Technologist role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and garment fitting techniques.
- Experience working with technical packs and CAD software.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
