**Role Overview**
An established fashion and têxtiles company in Oldham is seeking a skilled Garment Technologist to join their team. This role involves overseeing garment development from design to production, ensuring quality, fit, and functionality standards are met.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with designers and production teams to develop and refine garment specifications.
- Conduct fit sessions and make adjustments to patterns for optimal fit and comfort.
- Ensure all garments comply with quality standards, including durability, sizing, and material specifications.
- Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to resolve any technical or quality issues.
- Monitor and review garment samples, recommending improvements as necessary.
- Keep up-to-date with trends in materials, fabrics, and garment construction techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Garment Technologist or similar role within the fashion or têxtile industry.
- Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, and production processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in technical specifications and pattern adjustments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
