**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm

**Start**:Immediate, 12 month contract

The company we're recruiting for are a successful business who are looking for a Front of House Manager join their friendly and professional office on a 12 month maternity cover contract.

As the Front of House Manager, you will be smartly presented and responsible for 5-7 team members. You'll report into the Head of Facilities and ensure an top class Front of House experience for colleagues and clients at all times. There is a relaxed atmosphereon site, but this doesn't mean you and your team aren't proactive as your days will be interesting and varied

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Receptionist Team Leader/Coordinator from Professional/Office Services looking for their first Management position or if you're from Corporate/High End Hospitality and you're looking for your first office basedrole in the vibrant city centre of Leeds.

**Within your role as Front of House Manager you will be responsible for**:

- Leading your team of up to 7 staff, including liaising with agencies when needing additional headcounts and training the team in areas required
- Creating rotas for the FoH team to ensure the department is always covered
- Ensuring all meeting rooms are prepared to company standards with all equipment and hospitality required
- Monitoring the kitchen and café services to ensure they meet Health and Safety standards
- Maintaining a high profile in the business and taking regular walks around all Front of House areas to ensure all are to expected standards
- Ensuring any maintenance or refurbishment work required is reported and actioned quickly
- Assisting the Head of Facilities in various projects

**Skills/experience required for this position**:

- Front of House Coordination experience in a similar environment
- Health and Safety knowledge of catering services
- Excellent communication skills
- Warm and welcoming demeanour - this may be a professional business, but their culture is friendly
