Building Improvements Officer

We are looking to recruit a Building Improvement Officer who will be responsible for minor improvements and repairs within all ESHT sites. These are to improve working environment to all staff and patients.
The post holder will be required to on receipt of requests to liaise with the applicant/client to ascertain their requirements and then proceed to engage with a specialist contractor to obtain a cost for the works. On receipt of costed works the officer will notify the applicant/client and if agreed the works will proceed and will be fully overseen by the Building Improvement Officer.
