Our client is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic individual with outstanding communication skills and a good eye for detail. The purpose of this role is to provide customer support to allocated accounts, working closely with the sales team in orderto provide a high level of service.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service
- Be the first line of contact for all customer queries and requests
- Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills
- Be an integral part of the internal team managing the workflow to meet customer deadlines
- Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate a satisfactory resolution
- Review quotations and other documentation produced for accuracy before submitting to the customer
- Contact external suppliers to facilitate outsourcing, when required, in order to source the most time efficient and cost-effective solution
- Communicate effectively with internal operational teams, UK sales team and other departments to guarantee that customer objectives are met and all potential sales avenues are discussed
- Follow systems and procedures in line with the requirements of the Company
- Participate as a key team player by supporting internal departments as needed
Sales & Marketing
- Provide administrative support for the sales team, including the production of quotes and other administrative duties
**General & Administrative**
- Communicate effectively with internal departments
- Comply with all company policies and procedures in line with the requirements of the business
- Compile and maintain accurate records and paperwork where required
- Participate as a key team player by providing support to other departments when required
- Maintain excellent department housekeeping standards
Skills/Abilities Required
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Office Suite
- Ability to identify and meet customer’s needs and requirements
- Must be a self-motivated and team orientated
- Ability to work with minimum supervision in a busy and demanding environment
- Ability to organise their time effectively and perform multi tasks efficiently and in line with specific timelines
- Previous customer service experience essential
