**Customer Service Adviser**

Hours : Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm

**About the position**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with ordering online.
- Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.
- Follow-up on orders and liaise with customers.
- Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brands provide the highest level of customer service in the industry.
- Manage ongoing customer relationships utilising our customer relationship management tools.
- Develop collaborative, positive working relationships with staff.
- Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
- Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brands.
- Be able to communicate our company policies concisely to customers.
- Maintain and update regular customer correspondence.About you
- Minimum of one year's experience in customer service.
- Strong eCommerce background.
- Must be sales-oriented.
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information on our brands' histories, product offerings, and communications/advertising campaigns.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, excellent telephone etiquette and elevated speech.
- Proactive personality and self-motivator.
- Demonstrate initiative with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven to be organised, methodical and rigorous.
- Team player able to develop great relationships with co-workers.
- 55/60 plus words per minute typing speed.

We are looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude, flexible approach, ideally with previous customer service in a similar environment. Attention to detail and accuracy is important to ensure customers' enquiries are answered quickly and correctly.
