**Key Responsibilities**:

- Personal care.
- Social support
- Medication Administration.
- Meal Preparation, and household tasks.
- Develop strong relationships with the clients and care team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Caring and compassionate nature.
- Ability to work independently/team.
- U.K. Driving Licence
- Mode of Transportation (Car/Motorbike/e-bike, etc.)
- Right to work in U.K.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
