**Duties**
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation
- Ensure guest needs are met throughout their visit, providing attentive and courteous service
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and maximise sales opportunities
- Handle payments accurately and process transactions using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of tables, service stations, and dining areas
- Assist with food preparation or setup during busy periods as required
- Follow all food safety regulations and health & safety procedures diligently

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued
- Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills with a friendly demeanour towards guests and team members
- Ability to perform basic maths accurately for billing purposes
- Experience with guest services, including handling special requests or complaints professionally
- Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to develop culinary knowledge is appreciated
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
