We're looking to appoint a full time, permanent Loler Inspection Team Administrator to join our team in Bothwell.
What you will be doing
Working with the Commercial & Finance Manager you will organise the diaries of the LOLER Inspection Team, complete post-inspection paperwork, and be the main customer point of contact in relation to LOLER (Lifting Operations & Lifting Equipment Regulations) inspections that we carry out.
We operate Nationwide with a network of branches/depots hiring out equipment. As part of our service to our customers we provide this inspection service which requires booking in, planning inspector diaries and also mobile engineers where equipment requires repair work as a result of the inspections.
It is fair to say that no day looks the same as this a busy and essential operation in MEP Hire, you will be communicating with internal departments and also our customers to ensure a seamless and organised service has been provided.

The ability to be organised and calm, managing a busy daily workload is essential.

A confident and professional approach when working with internal departments or external customers.

Experience of working in an administrative role, attention to detail & accuracy.
