Health Records Clerk

We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our Health Records team at Broomfield Hospital. You will be responsible for providing patient records in a timely manner to wards and clinics for consultations. You should have a proven track record in handling health records and ability to work to deadlines.
We are currently recruiting for full and part time posts. Flexible part time hours available Monday to Friday.
The purpose of this role is to provide an effective Healthcare Records service for Mid Essex Hospital in accordance with agreed policies and procedures with direct/indirect supervision of the Health Records Team Leader.
The Health Records Centre cover a variety of functions and the aim of the department is to ensure that Health Records folders are promptly available for all ongoing patient care.
To work as an active member of the Health Records team in providing efficient support to the heath records service for the trust.
Ensure Healthcare Records are available and prepared for outpatient clinics and all inpatients and other ad-hoc requests are made available to the requester within agreed timescales and deadlines, both clinical and non-clinical.
