Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and looking to join a supportive team where your contribution truly makes a difference? Veolia Water Technologies is seeking a proactive Order Processor to provide first-class support to our customers and internal teams.
**Job Description** As a Customer Service Administrator, you will**:

- Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries, keeping clients updated on order progress.
- Accurately process orders, set up new accounts, and liaise with accounts on credit matters.
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics, and 3PL partners to manage deliveries and returns.
- Handle customer calls in line with our service standards, ensuring timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation.
- Provide flexible support to cover team workload, holidays, or urgent requests.
- Attend product training sessions to build knowledge of our solutions.

**Qualifications** What we’re looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
- Strong understanding of office practices and experience with call handling.
- Confident with IT systems and data entry.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Calm, approachable, and adaptable when handling challenges.
