Wolds View Garage in Pocklington are looking for a customer service assistant.

A very busy and varied position including answering the phone and taking bookings. Advising customers when their vehicle is due maintenance. Working out estimates, sourcing and ordering parts. Receiving and organising parts (you must be able to lift a minimum of 5kgs). Scheduling work into the workshop and communicating constantly between the office and the workshop.
Various ad-hoc duties and may include organising parking, collecting and delivering cars, a clean drivers license essential, may also include occasional car washing of vehicles after servicing.

You must be confident, be able to converse and don’t mind a hands on approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £23,000.00 per year
