Club Operations Assistant

**Duties**:
Monitors operations of the club or assigned area. Responsible for issue, receipt and control of cash boxes. Prepares a report of all significant occurrences during the shift. Reviews schedule functions that are to take place during the assigned shift and ensures they are carried out as planned. Ensures that only authorized personnel use the facility and the club rules, regulations and established procedures are followed. Provides instruction and guidance to all club staff members on functions taking place during the shift. Inspects and secures facility at the end of the shift.

**Qualifications**:

**Qualifying Experience**:
Must have experience which provides knowledge of club, restaurant, and retail operation. Must also possess experience which provides knowledge of cash handling procedures and sales operations such as; receipt, disbursements, examination, deposit and use of cash accountability control methods. Must have experience which demonstrates ability to provide work direction to other staff.
**Education**:
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
**Additional information**:
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must complete a Pre-Employment Certification Statement for Selective Service Registration.
- U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more consecutive years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.

- Probationary period may be required.
