Our extensive network enables us to provide a comprehensive supply chainmanagement service covering the whole of the UK and Ireland.

Our Market Drayton site are now recruiting for a Client Support Administrator on a full timebasis.

**Salary**: £23,192 Per annum

Working hours:

- 4 on 4 off, 06:00 - 18:00

The purpose of aClient Support Administrator is to support the day to day administration of Client Support, offering outstanding contract support and customer service in a fast paced friendly environment and providing a continuous professional and dedicatedservice.

Key Duties of a Client Support Administrator
- Sales Administration
- Stock Control - meeting all customer and client specifications and resolving customer and client queries
- Inventory management and quality control
- Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus
- Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner

**Qualifications**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work in a pressurised environment
- Ability to work using own initiative
- Computer literate particularly with MS Word, Outlook and Excel
- Previous experience in a similar role (ideally within a major distribution operation)
