**_Hybrid Working (1x a week Central London Office) - Up to £565/day (Outside)_**

The Infrastructure Programme Manager will work very closely with the Technology Service Tower Leads as well as the Technology Services Programme Managers and Value Management Office Community. You will be accountable for the delivery of complex programmes, projects, products, and services that are delivered by multiple teams often with have high technical or operational risk.

You will support the Product Manager/s in supporting the delivery of the portfolio outcomes. Work collaboratively with other delivery leads, Finance, Preferred Vendors and on site technical support in delivering Technology solution to support both Infrastructure and End User Technology Projects.

Management of Infrastructure Technology Services to be implemented across the portfolio of projects include:

- ** Core Infrastructure** - Data Centres, Cloud, Servers, Storage, Backup, LAN, WAN/SDWAN, Telephony, Messaging, Directory Services, Tooling
- ** Digital Workspace** - Desktop, Devices, AV, Collaboration, Remote Access, Mobile
- ** ITSM**:

- ITIL framework including Incident/Problem/Change, CMDB, Asset etc.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage implementation of Technology Services complex portfolio of Projects
- Manage the development and maintenance of Technology business cases, plans, status reports, CRAID logs for all Projects
- Manage dependencies of varying complexity, potentially planning, and feeding into larger programmes and sub-portfolios
- Remove blockers and manage risks, divisional budgets, and SME delivery teams
- Balance divisional objectives and can redeploy delivery teams and resources as portfolio priorities change
- Ability to develop detailed Technology Business Cases to support individual Projects
- Be responsible for understanding, coordinating, and communicating to complex stakeholder groups, balancing priorities
- Acts as the driving force to continuously improve the ways of working
- Establish metrics and success criteria for each of the portfolio of Projects
- Coach to ensure the success of critical, initial events, Project Governance & delivery methodology
- Measure and communicate on the changes and the progress of the Project delivery teams and benchmark the Projects progress.
- Establish and facilitate relentless improvement by working closely with Transformation team and functions to handle impediments in a timely manner.
