**Who are we?**
You will be responsible for managing a set of existing and greenfield accounts - opening the door for PM-Partners group, which is a specialist management consultancy focusing on project excellence. We work with a large range of clients and manage a portfolio of $3bn of projects across Australia and Singapore annually. Our work has direct and meaningful impact on both our customers, their customers and the citizens of Australia and Singapore.
In recent years, we have delivered initiatives that have made your payments go faster, we have ensured millions of people to work on time and back home safely by train in Sydney, helped reduce re-offending in NSW Prisons by connecting inmates to their families, improved the way Victoria delivers healthcare and family services through the creation of an agile operating model and framework, we helped make life easier for thousands of Australian seniors by transforming the way aged care services are delivered and we have helped $1bn of infrastructure such as roads and hospitals to be delivered, making Australian’s lives easier, every year for the past 5 years. **The Role**
You will be responsible for managing a set of existing and greenfield accounts - opening the door for resourcing and recruitment opportunities initially. With the support of our pre-sales and senior consultants, we will then help you move up the tree within accounts to position our high-end management consulting and executive training and coaching services.
80% of our work is for technology teams in some of the largest organisations across Australia in financial services, state government, education, energy, utilities and telecommunications.
**Your Support and Growth**
You will be supported by recognised industry experts to help drive high-value conversations with customers and in parallel, we will train you in the areas of project management, change management, PMO, agile and business analysis - expanding your skills and profile and giving you career options outside of recruitment.
Importantly we have a track record, case studies, customer references and are on all the government and procurement panels to be successful.
We have a track record of making sales professionals from the recruitment industry successful in our business. We will teach you how to sell on value and outcome, as well as sales disciplines such as territory and account planning. As you grow your “patch”, there will be the opportunity to hire junior sales into your team and grow your earning significantly.
**Your Experience**
You will have a track record in sales in recruitment (contract and/or permanent), most likely a 360-recruiter or BDM who started in Talent Acquisition. You will have experience in Technology recruitment and/or Project Management recruitment. You will have a high work rate and drive to be successful - opening new accounts and finding new areas to drive engagement in existing accounts. We take people from a recruitment background as our track record shows we can accelerate the time to success building in new sales skills on top.
You will be trained in new areas such as value-based selling, account and territory planning, professional services value propositions and enterprise selling.
**Minimum Requirements**
PM-Partners will be sponsoring you and providing you a Visa to work in Australia for up to 4 years. In order to gain sponsorship (and Australia has very high standards for entry), you will need to demonstrate:
- 5+ years working in Recruitment in a Talent and 360-Recruitment Role
- A relevant degree - either in ICT / Technology or HR/Recruitment
**Package**
We pay an attractive base salary and a commission scheme that rewards new business and renewals with accelerators for over-achievement. Most importantly over 90% of our salespeople have over-achieved for the past 2 years. Our sales people consistently achieve AUD$250k+ each year.
