Clockwise Bromley, located in Bromley Old Town Hall, holds a thriving community with some beautiful private offices, dedicated desks and meeting rooms**.**

We are looking for a community assistant to join us in our location in Bromley.

Key responsibilities
- Welcoming visitors and members to the building
- Help arranging member events, social get togethers, educational speaker events and everything in between
- Dealing with member requests, from meeting room bookings to WIFI set up - you will be the go to person
- Managing post and deliveries
- Dealing with meeting room bookings, set up and clear downs
- Dealing with membership enquiries

Ideal experience:

- Customer service and admin experience is desirable
- Hospitality or flex space experience is advantageous

As community assistant you will work Monday to Friday. Hours of work will vary slightly with some requirement for evening work. This is a salaried, full time role.
