**What you will be doing...**

We’re looking to hire a **Resource Planner - Flight Operations** to join our **Resource Planning Team**.

As our **Resource Planner - Flight Operations**, you’ll have access to a wide range of benefits including;

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Work closely with the**Crew Training and Rostering Teams to manage resource availability and also with the Operations Teams regarding operational contribution levels.
- Identify any shortfalls in staffing and optimal periods to allocate training and advise the relevant parties.
- Work closely with other teams to evaluate ongoing crew training needs and ensure these are scheduled in an efficient and cost-effective way.
- Provide a link to the Recruitment Team to provide insight into annual requirements and schedule new joiner timescales.

**What you’ll have**:

- Excellent**IT skills, and be confident in the use of Microsoft Excel, with an analytical and forward-thinking approach to problem solving.
- Be an excellent communicator and a positive and supportive team member.
- Thrive on working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
- Resource planning experience would be an advantage but is not essential as full training will be provided.
