Over 90% of sales are outside Europe, with customers in 160 countries, many in the developing world. Our flagshipproduct CACHEbox, is the overwhelming world leader in its niche markets, and is helping to transform education around the world, which is very motivating for people in the business. Based from our Coventry HQ, our new CAM team was established recently as a well-defined subset of our Sales team, with the aim of delighting our customers globally. As a small company trying to grow a niche market, every bit of customer success is important,this role will play a pivotal role in leading efforts to drive further revenues on the account itself, as well as gaining valuable marketing assets to promote sales with other customers. Customer Success at ApplianSys is about proactively reaching out to customers to ensure they are getting maximum benefit from the product and services rather than simply responding reactively when they encounter a problem. Whilst Customer Account Management will be your primary focus, you will also play a role in supporting the full suite of sales activity. You will take accountability for the overall customer success on your portfolio of c200 accounts, with responsibilityfor co-ordinating colleagues across the business to achieve this success. An experienced Customer Account Manager, who thrives on going above and beyond and delivering Customer Success you will bring your prior experience in B2B Customer Account Management in complex product/services to be responsive, proactive, and problem solve. Quick to comprehend and absorb the ApplianSys values and the contextual details of the product/service offering you will be adept at combining high quality account management with high productivity, and good focus, to ensure a high number of customers arehandled to a high standard. Fluency in foreign languages would be a distinct advantage in particular French, Arabic or Spanish
