**Hours**: 47.5 hours per week

Sparshatt Truck and Van has been synonymous with Mercedes-Benz in Kent for 40 years. Today the group operates four well-established sales and service sites across the county, employing over 230 staff.

Our original values of personal service and commitment to our customers remain as strong as ever and we are now looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy parts team located at our Dartford Depot to support us as we continue to build for a successful future.

As a Parts Advisor you will be:

- Serving customers on the parts counter
- Order picking of parts
- Stock control and replenishment
- Liaising with the workshop to ensure the correct parts are available
- Building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers

The successful applicant must have:

- Previous parts department experience, ideally with a main dealer
- Technical knowledge of Vans/Trucks
- Experience of delivering customer service to a high standard
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organisation skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Good IT skills, experience of working with Parts systems would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of dealer systems such as ADP Autoline (Kerridge/Keyloop) would be an advantage.
