We are excited to present a career opportunity for a **Trade Parts Telesales Advisor** to join our team based at Mercedes-Benz of Dartford. This role is essential in driving sales and gross profit business with existing and new Trade customers. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and contributing to our overarching sales goals. Who We Are Looking For
- Experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive Parts industry
- Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with trade customers
- Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets
- Excellent phone etiquette and persuasive communication skills
- Understanding of automotive parts and associated products
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive sales approach
- Genuine passion for customer service
- 'Sales Maker' not an order taker
- Commutable distance to MB of Dartford

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Mon - Fri 0800-1800 (45hrs)
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Mercedes-Benz parts and accessories
- Prospect new business (including lapsed/drift accounts)
- Achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Maintain comprehensive product, system and software knowledge
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers to ensure repeat business
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, aligning with customer requirements

Necessary Qualifications and Skills
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Ability to prioritize enquiries and orders
- Ability to prioritize online and phone orders
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Good working knowledge of computers and MS Office/Excel
- Ability to read and interpret customer spend data
- Commitment to achieving excellent sales results
- Legal right to work in the UK

Pay: £30,000.00-£37,800.00 per year
