**Job Purpose**:
As the ELT Admin Support, you play a vital role within the Governance and Operations Divisions, directly reporting to the Governance Director & Operations Director and remaining accountable to the Managing Director. Your focus is on providing day-to-day support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), involving proficiently managing document formatting, coordinating meetings, maintaining organised records, and facilitating travel arrangements.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Document Management:
- Format and style various documents.
- Create templates for streamlined processes.
Meeting Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate ELT meetings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas in advance.
Record Keeping:
- Maintain organized document filing systems.
Travel Arrangements:
- Assist in making travel arrangements for ELT members.
Communication Handling:
- Manage ELT communications and draft routine correspondence.
Calendar Management:
- Efficiently organize and maintain ELT members' calendars.
Project Support:
- Provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
Event Coordination:
- Assist in planning and executing ELT-related events.
Data Entry and Reporting:
- Enter and update data in relevant databases.
- Generate reports based on database information.
General Administration:
- Answer calls, handle routine administrative tasks, and manage office supplies.
- Uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal and external partners for smooth operations.
