**Job Title: Sales Administrator**

Location: Harrow, London

(Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm), with additional hours required on weekdays and weekends as needed

Reporting To: Sales Director

We Staf have partnered with a leading supplier of chemical and maintenance materials to over 800 global airlines and maintenance outlets. They pride themselves on their logístical expertise and commitment to providing same or next-day delivery service.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, the Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the sales function of the company and driving achievement of sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process sales orders, including creating and managing quotations, and ensuring orders are entered accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate important customer feedback internally to address concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by staying updated on new products and features.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date sales records, including customer information, sales contracts, and invoices.
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor open sales orders to ensure timely reservation and dispatch of goods.
- Support relevant regions as required, ensuring smooth order flow and upholding excellent response times.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

**Competencies and Key Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Support or Sales Administrator.
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and IT skills.
- Understanding of various sales and quote KPIs.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in project and time management.
- Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
