**European Export Coordinator - Job Description**

**Working hours - Full time, 37.5 hours per week (1 Hour lunch)**

**Location - Aldridge, WS9 (office based)**

**Salary - £24,000 - £28,000 (negotiable depending on experience)**

**Reporting to - Departmental Manager**

**About the company**:

- Offices across Europe, Americas and Asia; 80 companies globally belong to the NTG group (grown through acquisition) - HQ in Denmark and business is floated on the Danish Stock Exchange; offices in 30 countries.
- Currently in the UK there are 3 entities which have all become part of the NTG Air and Sea Group within the last 3 years. The business has an ambitious and aggressive growth plan.
- Growth typically comes from organic new transport sector startups and acquisitions (2 businesses NTG have acquired in the UK are Ebrex and DAP)
- In the UK sits 3 businesses:

- NTG Ebrex (£30-35m turnover, offices in the Midlands and Essex, mainly Contract Logistics)
- NTG Road Ltd (£15-17m turnover, offices in Midlands and Southeast, all road freight)
- NTG Air and Ocean (£8-10m turnover, offices in Felixstowe and Manchester, air, and sea freight)

**About the role**:
As an export coordinator you will be planning the daily groupage trailers working closely with the customs team, the European partners, maintaining a high level of customer service and support the day-to-day processes and procedures in a busy export department.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Quotes
- Create freight bookings
- Book in collections
- Liaise with the customs, warehouse, and domestic transport teams
- Plan and arrange the export trailers and the transport paperwork
- Update internal transport management system and spreadsheets
- Support with all aspects of required administration
- Understanding of the post-Brexit customs requirements (preferable but not mandatory)

**Essential requirements**:

- Good communication skills - Written and Verbal.
- IT literate
- Keen eye for detail
- Customer service
- Microsoft 365 knowledge/experience
- Organized
- Team player
- Handles pressure well
- Good initiative

**Preferable but not required**
- Logistics experience
- Customs experience
- Road/Sea or Air avenues

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
