This full time role is the perfect opportunity for a Wholesale Executive to make their mark within a fast-paced, scaling startup. In this role, you will help scale the TALA Wholesale business working across existing and new Partners, nurturing and developing the business in line with our Strategy. You will work closely with the product team, reporting into the Head of Buying and Merchandising.

Tasks

**Day to day you will**:

- Liaise with Wholesale Partners resolving queries and looking for opportunities
- Maintain the Wholesale Range plan, prices, quantities and margins
- Support key meetings/ range presentations
- Post presentations collate the buys, resolve queries and ensure stock is placed
- Liaise with the merchandising re placing of stock and availability of stock to trade
- Analysing sales to produce weekly, monthly and seasonal reports
- Use these reports to inform the business internally
- In addition use analysis and reporting to drive trade opportunities in season, and increased buys in the new season
- Own sales aftercare - this includes running the order management process, invoicing, and managing deliveries
- Supporting logistics requirements of new and current partners
- Nurture key relationships

**Requirements**:
**You should**:

- Have a minimum of 3 year’s Wholesale experience preferably within Retail
- Ideally have experience / knowledge of working with big retail wholesale partners
- Be comfortable working in a startup environment: working lean and quickly, being hands on and willing to get your hands dirty, working well both autonomously and collaboratively.
- Be able to work in our office in London at least 3 days per week
