**Wholesale Account Executive**:

Reports to: Wholesale Account Manager

Location: London

Type: Full-Time

**Purpose of Position**:

- Working with the Head of Wholesale on the management of key partners, across Europe and the UK. Working closely with buyers on orders, payments, deliveries and launches. Cross departmental work to analyse and optimise business._

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Collaborate with all functions of the business to organise pre-market, market and post market activities. Including showroom merchandising, go to market packs, buying appointments, order entry, order confirmations and briefing of local partners.
- Guide buyers during collection edit based on product expertise and a strong knowledge of the markets and the brand DNA.
- Liaise with Production and Merchandising departments on collection edit, seasonal & core product requirements, delivery windows, and production.
- Work closely with partners, finance and logistic departments on payments and deliveries.
- Be accountable for the presentation of the brand in various POS offline and online.
- Provide seasonal and general brand training to our partners.
- Support our marketing department and our partners to deliver seasonal activations, pop-ups and events.
- Liaise with the Legal department on T&Cs, Contract renewals and updates.
- Work with the Head of Wholesale on reports, business reviews and product performance analysis including sell-throughs, turnover, budgets.
- Research and compile quantitative and qualitative feedback on markets, competitor and category trends.
- Work with partners to agree Business Plans, OTBs, Targets and monitor KPIs.
- Support the Head of Wholesale to develop and implement business and growth strategies for current and new clients / markets.
- Extensive travelling may be required.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Languages: Fluent Italian is essential
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Wholesale, brand management and luxury sales
- Experience in wholesale, ideally within luxury market.
- **Communication**: Strong and effective presentation skills and ability to converse with a diverse range of people at all levels.
- **Intellect**: Excellent analytical, report-writing skills, accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with a strong, solution-based mindset. Ability to prioritise tasks, and ensure delivery of results within tight deadlines
- **Network**: Ability to build relationships and network easily, both internally and externally; work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrate experience analysing data and sales reporting.
- Proficient in MS Office
- **Ambassador**: Representing Manolo Blahnik products and values with passion.
- **Systems**: Microsoft Office and JOOR
- **Excellence**: High level of finesse and excellence required in delivery of all tasks
