**Quality Control Team Leader**

Our client in Southend specialising within the Service and Repair Industry are looking for a **Quality Control Team Leader** with a minimum of three years Quality experience to join their busy team, to oversee their quality control processes and deliver staff performance and development reviews.

**Salary - £30,000 Per Annum plus bens**

**Hours - 8am
- 4:30pm Monday to Friday**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Direct operational management of the inspection resource
- Training & development of the quality control team
- Monitoring any analysis of departmental performance
- Continuous improvement
- Management of couriers and logístical aspects relating to receipt/despatch of assets
- Development, review & maintenance of departmental procedures/documentation
- Registration, inspection & despatch of repairs and devices
- Direct customer communication to assist with the confirmation & resolution of customer issues/queries
- Device decontamination & reprocessing
- Inspection team performance & development reviews

**Skills and Experience**
- Inspection of flexible & rigid devices & accessories
- Root cause analysis
- Ms Office Xls - Word
- Structured problem solving
- Ms Office - PowerPoint
- Effective communication (written & verbal)
- Interpersonal - Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
- Effective collaboration
- Minimum 3 years in a quality control environment
- Staff performance & development reviews
